Job Description for Drivers at The Food KAB - As a driver for The Food KAB, you will be more than just a delivery person. Our drivers are essentially "servers on wheels", responsible for a unique blend of order placement and delivery. Approximately half of our orders are placed directly by the driver, either through the restaurant's app, over the phone, or in person. We will provide you with a list of our "place-in-person" locations, so you know which spots require you to use your company-issued card to place the order.

The other half of our orders can be directly sent to the restaurant, where you'll simply need to show up to pick up the order. Regardless of the order type, clear communication is the top quality we look for in our drivers.

Other key qualities include attention to detail (thoroughly checking each order before leaving the restaurant) and efficiency (making smart decisions, keeping customers informed, and continuously improving your workflow). While we understand availability can vary, we do expect our drivers to commit to their scheduled shifts and work together as a team to ensure all shifts are covered.
